Mindi's passion for fitness began at the age of seven when she joined her sister in gymnastics. She went on to compete in gymnastics for fifteen years. After having her son Alex in 1992 she decided to take her healthy life style to the next level and took some health and nutrition courses and became a certified personal trainer.
