Full-Time Super Mom
Information
Up until last year, I worked as an Exercise Physiologist but made the recent decision to be a full time super-mom. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science, am a certified Personal Trainer, wife of competitive power lifter/former semi-pro football player (Terry) and of course, a Mother of 2 beautiful children — Bailey, age 5 and Alexandria, age 3.
I recently received my IFPA Figure Pro card (November 2008) and my NGA Figure Pro Card (May 2009)-and am in the processes of training for my first pro-show! i love cooking and baking and enjoy involving my children in creating fun,creative healthy meals!I also love love LOVE running and road races!
