Daron starting weight training in 1986 for football, and even after high school he was still hooked on working out and living a healthy lifestyle.

He also served 6 years in the Navy, where he never took the people who told him to get into Bodybuilding seriously. Seems they were right and now he is an IFBB Pro competing with the Best of the Best in the world of Bodybuilding.
