I started working-out after competing in my first Hawaiian Tropic contest. I have been addicted to the lifestyle and the way it makes me feel. Having a healthy lifestyle has become a way of life and not something I feel I have to do... One of my ultimate goals is to become a role model in the health and wellness industry.
