Sonya has always been very active playing sports and running track in junior high on through college. In college, she got involved in triathlons and marathons. She later suffered from stress fractures, it was at that time, she had to give up running but fell in love with lifting! She researched, read, and educated herself and eventually picked up a lot of tools that helped her start shaping her physique. She then became a certified personal trainer and met many people who were into fitness competitions. Before she new it, fitness competitions became a love and passion of her own. Name
