Bethany is a Charlotte, NC native, and she is a graduate in the field of Exercise Sports Science and Fitness Sport Management. Receiving her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and Master's degree from Troy University, she is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, and her professional experience includes Wake Forest University, The University of NC at Charlotte, Georgia State and Troy University, were she has trained a variety of sport teams. Including: Football, Mens and Womens basketball, softball, golf, tennis and track.
